Acceptable use policy
This acceptable use policy covers the products, services and technologies (collectively the “Products”) provided by Digital Sappiens under any ongoing agreement. It is designed to protect us, our customers, and the general Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, and illegal activities.
Digital Sappiens customers who engage in activities prohibited by this acceptable use policy may be liable for service suspension and account cancellation. In extreme cases, we may be legally obliged to inform such clients to the relevant authorities.

We oppose all forms of abuse, discrimination, violation of rights and / or any action that harms or disadvantages any group, individual or resource. We expect our customers and, where applicable, their users (“end users”) to engage our Products with a similar intent.
We hold our customers responsible for their own actions, as well as the actions of anyone who uses our Products with the customer’s permission. This responsibility also applies to anyone who uses our Products in an unauthorized way as a result of the customer’s failure to implement reasonable security measures.
By accepting our Products, our customers agree to ensure compliance with this policy on behalf of anyone who uses the Products as end users. Complaints about the actions of clients or their end users should be sent to digital.sappiens@gmail.com.
If a customer, or their end user or anyone who uses our Products as a result of the customer, violates our acceptable use policy, we reserve the right to terminate any Products associated with the offending account or the account itself or take any corrective action. or preventive that we consider appropriate, without prior notice.
Copyright infringement and access to unauthorized material
Our Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, replicate or store any material in violation of any applicable law. This includes but is not limited to:
- any material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and
- any material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat or violates export control laws.
The customer is solely responsible for the information that he enters, uploads, disseminates, transmits, creates or publishes about our Products.
Our Products must not be used for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk or commercial messages in violation of the laws and regulations applicable to your jurisdiction (“spam”). This includes but is not limited to sending spam, soliciting customers for spam sent from other service providers, and collecting responses to spam sent from other service providers.
Our Products should not be used for the purpose of publishing unconfirmed mailing lists or telephone number lists (“message lists”). This includes but is not limited to subscribing email addresses or phone numbers to any messaging list without permission from the email address or phone number owner, and storing any subscribed email address or phone number. in this way.
All message lists executed or hosted by our Products must be “confirmed.” Verification of the express permission of the owner of the address or phone number must be available for the life of the message list.
We prohibit the use of email lists, phone number lists, or databases purchased from third parties for spam purposes or unconfirmed messaging lists on our Products.
This spam and unauthorized message activity policy applies to messages sent using our Products, or to messages sent from any network by the customer or anyone on behalf of the customer, that directly or indirectly refer the recipient to a site hosted on through our Products.
Our Products should not be used for the purpose of advertising,
transmit or make available any software, program, product or service designed to violate this acceptable use policy or the acceptable use policy of other service providers. This includes but is not limited to providing the means to send spam and the initiation of tracking attacks, sping attacks, packet spoofing, flooding, mail bombing, and denial of service attacks.
Our Products must not be used to access any account or electronic resource to which the group or individual attempting to gain access does not own or is not authorized to access the resource (eg “hacking”, “cracking”, “phreaking” , etc.).
Our Products must not be used for the purpose of intentionally or recklessly introducing viruses or malicious code into our Products and systems.
Our Products should not be used to deliberately participate in activities designed to harass another group or individual. Our definition of harassment includes but is not limited to denial of service attacks, hate speech, advocating for racial or ethnic intolerance, and any activity intended to threaten, abuse, infringe on rights, or discriminate against any group or individual.
Other activities deemed unethical, exploitative, and malicious include:
- Obtain (or attempt to obtain) services from us with the intention of avoiding payment;
- Access, alteration or destruction (or any attempt to do so) of any information about our clients or end users, by any means or device;
- Post or transmit any linked content that incites violence, represents a violent act, represents child pornography, or threatens the health and safety of any person;
- Any action or omission that violates consumer protection laws and regulations;
- Any violation of a person’s privacy.
We are not responsible for, nor do we endorse the use of our products by any person or entity that is involved or suspected of being involved in activities or causes related to illegal gambling; The terrorism; drug trafficking; arms trafficking or the proliferation, development, design, manufacture, production, storage or use of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction or missiles; in each case, including any affiliation with others who support said previous activities or causes.
We prohibit the impersonation of Digital Sappiens, the representation of a significant business relationship with Digital Sappiens, or the appropriation of any Digital Sappiens property (including our Products and brand).
This policy describes a non-exclusive list of activities and intentions that we consider unacceptable and incompatible with our brand. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time by posting the revised version on our website. The revised version will enter into force from September 25, 2021.
